Piano | South Jordan

Growing up, learning the piano was the perfect small town hobby that helped Celina develop a love for music! She has been playing piano for 14 years (since she was 8) and sparked her joy of teaching by offering private lessons as her first job! After high school, Celina served an LDS mission in Taipei, Taiwan. Here she came to love a new culture and found many opportunities to perform and use her piano skills to provide service and bring joy through music! On returning, Celina finds herself living in Provo, UT and recently engaged. She is currently studying elementary education at Brigham Young University and loves working with children; helping them reach the potentials she knows they have. Celina particularly enjoys sight reading and working with the small details of theory behind both classical and modern pieces. She has a passion and love for music in life and loves to help students discover for themselves what music can mean to them.

“Music in itself is healing. It’s an explosive expression of humanity. It’s something we are all touched by. No matter what culture we’re from, everyone loves music.”
- Billy Joel
