Daniela has been teaching violin since 2016 using the Russian Gruppman method in the languages English and Spanish. Daniela was privately tutored by violin professor Yeagi Kim Broadwell and conductor and violinist Dr. Jeremy Starr, who were students of world renowned violinist and former student of Heifitz, Igor Gruppman. Daniela has a more classical way of approaching violin with an emphasis in romantic period music. Even though she mainly teaches classical music through the Russian method, Daniela has also taught students jazz and some basic modern music on request. Daniela has also had some recording experience through her years with Lyceum Philharmonic. She has played in small ensembles for weddings and other special events. On top of teaching violin and participating and conducting in master classes, Daniela has judged composition competitions with local private middle schools and high schools. While Daniela is a nursing major, she is minoring in violin performance and education through Utah Valley University.
