Kaitlin Earl grew up in Draper, Utah and has been playing and performing on the piano for over 18 years. She has taken private lessons from five different teachers, including professors at Utah State University and Brigham Young University, and believes this is a benefit in her teaching as it has allowed her to experience many different teaching styles and focus on many different aspects of piano playing. She has performed at hundreds of events from recitals and religious meetings to weddings and corporate events and loves being able to use her talent to inspire and elevate the mood of an event.
Kaitlin is grateful for the impact music has had on her life. Learning to play the piano has given her confidence to work hard to accomplish difficult tasks. Throughout her life, playing the piano has been a source of peace and joy and she loves that she gets to share that with others and see how music touches their lives.
Kaitlin is currently a senior at Brigham Young University in the dietetics program. When she isn’t studying or playing the piano, she loves rock climbing, snowboarding, wakeboarding, backpacking, and anything else that gets her outside!
She is so excited to be able to join The Piano Place community and share her passion for music with others!
