Ezequiel is a professional guitarist born in Salt Lake City, and raised in Argentina. He moved back to Utah to pursue a music career at Westminster College, where he is currently working on his BA in Music Studies with jazz guitar performance emphasis and an Education Minor. He performs regularly in the SLC area at private events and local venues. When Ezequiel first started at the age of ten, he was self-taught, with passion and dedication he learned many classic rock and blues songs by our favorite artists such as Jimi Hendrix and B.B. King, then he took private lessons inspired by the sounds of jazz, and funk music. His fluidity in different styles of music make him a great choice as a teacher for students who are exploring their voice in their instrument, as well as students who are first starting because has the ability to connect with them and share his knowledge in a way that keeps them engaged and curious about music. His teaching activities include private lessons focusing on technique, theory, repertoire, and improvisation for players of all levels. His teaching style and philosophy involve thinking of music as a language that we can all learn from, express ourselves and innovate, while having fun in an environment where mistakes and being creative is encouraged.

“Music in itself is healing. It’s an explosive expression of humanity. It’s something we are all touched by. No matter what culture we’re from, everyone loves music.”
- Billy Joel
