Shayli has had a passion for music since she was 5 years old. She has been dedicated to learning from the beginning of her childhood and took voice lessons from the ages of 9-16. Her favorite hobbies as a child were voice lessons, piano lessons and teaching herself how to write music and play all kinds of instruments. For a young musician like herself, being a part of the bigger picture was her dream. Shayli has been a first year/beginner vocal coach for 2 years, and has dedicated the last 6 years of her life to learning and actively developing an exciting lesson experience for all types of students. She specializes in hands-on and visual learning methods to allow every person to develop a deeper connection to their voice. She has had the privilege of being a consistent performer in her community for local events, school activities and talent competitions. She was named the Dixie’s Got Talent Youth Winner in 2020 and has worked with Utah Tech University multiple times for DGT over the last 7 years. Shayli continuously strives to create equal opportunities and safe spaces for all types of musicians. She believes that exploring your passions starts with a dream and someone who will embrace YOU and your creative ideas. Being that person for students has been the most rewarding gift of her life. Shayli believes she can offer a fun and engaging environment for her students and is driven to make every student's personal goals a reality!
