Wilson has a passion for music that began at a very young age. He has been playing the guitar for over 15 years. Wilson graduated as a professional guitar performer from Pablo Mendoza Academy in Venezuela. He continued to study Contemporary harmony under the legendary pianist Gerry Weil for 4 years, and at the same time he held classes in Jazz performance from Taller de Jazz. He also studied Audio technician at School of Audio & Acoustics (ES2A). Currently he is taking Music Arrangement and Composition at Ars Nova Music School in addition to his teaching Schedule.
Wilson was a member of Venezuela Big Band Jazz. He has played in a band called Retrosonico with professional singer Yolanda Da Costa.
Wilson has been teaching kids and adults for 5 years. He enjoys helping his students reach their goals on the guitar whether it be (acoustic or electric). He also handles drums, bass and some piano. His teaching style is warm, patient, and encouraging while maintaining a structured and logical approach all while helping them grow on their instrument.
