Amelia began learning the piano at age 6, after begging her parents to let her take piano lessons. She began playing the violin at age 11, and quickly began playing with other community and youth orchestras, including the CSUN youth orchestra and the Moorpark community orchestra. She has taught piano and violin to friends, peers, and children, and has offered tutoring while in college playing at the SVU Orchestra and BYU-I orchestra! Amelia is passionate about helping her students succeed and gain confidence in their playing.
