Children learn by playing instruments, learning songs and rhymes, working on concepts such as letters and colors, exploring music through listening activities, and receiving an early introduction to the foundations of music.

The Piano Place considers this a prime age for children to learn fundamental music theory and technique such as rhythm, note recognition, counting, etc. as they prepare for private lessons in any musical instrument. Children will have opportunities to dance, listen, play, and sing with their friends in an atmosphere that encourages creativity and movement, capitalizing on their endless energy.
