As a member of the Customer Care team at The Piano Place you will help answer phone calls from current clients. You will be responsible for answering any questions that our current clients call in with and helping them continue to have the best experience possible at The Piano Place.
As an Enrollment Specialist at The Piano Place, you will be responsible for answering phones to walk new students through the enrollment process. Enrollment Specialists are paid commission for each enrollment on top of their regular pay.
As a Studio Administrator at The Piano Place you will be the person who is most consistently physically in the studio during lesson times. You will not only be an assistant but also a teammate to the Director of the studio location in making sure that the studio runs efficiently and that each student is receiving the most quality experience possible.
