Who Takes Piano Lessons?
Some people put off signing up for piano lessons because they fear it will be too hard, but our talented teachers want you to know that everyone has the ability to learn.
At The Piano Place, we have students from all walks of life, from elementary school all the way up through adulthood. It’s never too late to learn how to play the piano.
Moreover, our teachers make taking piano lessons fun. We do this by tailoring our lessons to each individual student. We don’t make you play Mozart if what you really like is Lady Gaga. By using the type of music you love to teach you how to play the piano, we make learning easier and more fun.
What’s Great About Piano Lessons?
The piano is a great choice when you’re interested in learning to play an instrument. That’s because it’s so versatile. Once you get the basics down, you’ll be able to play lots of your favorite songs.
You will always be in demand at parties and get-togethers, because you can just sit down and bang out a tune on the piano in anyone’s home. You can’t do that when you choose to learn how to play a trombone or a flute. You can even entertain yourself for hours by playing songs you love or learning new ones.
Whether you are interested in taking piano lessons yourself or you are looking into signing up your child for piano lessons, know that no matter how far you go with your lessons, you will benefit from the experience your whole life. Applying the discipline of learning an instrument to other situations helps you learn and grow.
Our teachers work tirelessly to inspire their students, and you will quickly see results from your dedication and hard work. Many of our students go on to study music in school and become professional musicians, but even the ones who don’t look back on their time at The Piano Place fondly and remember it as a place of welcoming encouragement.
We opened The Piano Place in 2007 with a single location in Draper, and through the years we have expanded to add locations in Lehi, South Jordan, Salt Lake City and Farmington so that we could offer our services to more students throughout northern Utah.
Enrollment is ongoing — you can start learning at any time. Contact us with questions, or sign up online today for piano lessons, or lessons in violin, ukulele, drums, voice or guitar.
