Kaitlin is currently receiving their BA in Music Studies at Westminster University with an emphasis on Viola. They play both Violin and Viola, and taught music theory and group violin lessons at an El Sistema program in the 2021-2022 school year. Kaitlin teaches classical Violin and Viola, and wants to incorporate theory into lessons to create well-rounded musicians with a wider knowledge and understanding of their instrument. They believe the most important part of music is the love and passion for it, growing self confidence while sticking to self-discipline. Kaitlin wants each student to have their own personalized lessons, understanding that not everybody learns in the same ways. Music has taught them compassion, community, and passion, and they hope to share the same to their students.
