Lorena has been passionately teaching violin since 2002, teaching every and all genres. In 2016, she earned a Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education in Colombia, further enriching her teaching skills. 

Lorena is well-versed in the Suzuki method, having completed training for Violin Books 1 through 4. Her professional experience includes performing as a violinist with Santisima Charanga, a Cuban music band, and playing in esteemed orchestras such as the Orquesta Sinfónica Juvenil de Colombia and the Orquesta Sinfónica Juvenil de Antioquia. 

Fluent in both English and Spanish, Lorena is known for her patient and understanding teaching style. She is deeply committed to the physical and emotional well-being of her students, striving to create a positive and supportive learning environment. Lorena tailors her approach to meet each student's unique needs, respecting their individual learning pace, abilities, and emotions. She diligently tracks and celebrates her students' progress and achievements, helping to maintain their motivation and confidence.
