Michelle Skylar is a passionate and accomplished vocal instructor with a lifelong love for singing. Her journey began as a child, eagerly singing along to pop and musical theater songs at the computer. At the age of 9, Michelle began voice lessons, which continued throughout her high school years and led her to pursue opera professionally. She graduated with a Bachelor of Music in Vocal Performance from the San Francisco Conservatory of Music after four years of study. Throughout her career, Michelle has performed in recitals, choir concerts, and opera roles. Although classically trained, she enjoys all styles of singing, including pop, musical theater, and jazz. Michelle believes in vocal techniques that promote both beautiful and healthy singing, and her goal is to help students build confidence in their voices while making singing feel effortless. She looks forward to meeting her students and helping them grow as singers.
