Beau is excited to welcome students to his piano studio. Music has been the center of his life for as long as he can remember. He has been playing the piano for 18 years and sharing his love for the instrument as a dedicated teacher for 7 years. As a passionate, patient, and understanding instructor, his goal is to create a supportive space where students of all ages feel encouraged to learn, grow, and express themselves. Whether students are captivated by the intricate patterns of the Baroque era, the deep emotion of the Romantic style, or the exciting rhythms of modern music, Beau has them covered. He teaches a wide variety of styles, including classical masterworks (Baroque, Classical, & Romantic eras), contemporary and modern styles, and customized repertoire tailored to each student's interests.
Beau believes that learning music is about so much more than just hitting the right notes. His lessons are built on three core values: Growth & Character, Balance, and Joy & Fun. He believes music lessons are a wonderful place to build discipline and a strong work ethic, but, just as importantly, they should nurture kindness, empathy, and personal character. He also believes that progress comes from consistency and dedication, but never at the expense of well-being, and that finding a healthy balance keeps music rewarding. At the end of the day, music should bring joy. Beau firmly believes that having fun during lessons makes every challenge easier to tackle and keeps the passion for playing alive. Whether students are taking their very first steps at the keys or looking to refine their technique and artistry, Beau is there to guide them every step of the way and looks forward to making great music together.
