Kylie is a seasoned musician and educator with a teaching career spanning since 2012. She specializes in guitar, voice, and songwriting instruction. Beyond her role as an educator, Kylie is a thriving independent acoustic pop singer/songwriter, sharing her music with the public. Since 2020, Kylie has showcased her talents at festivals, community events, private parties, and restaurants across Utah. Her dedication and talent have earned her numerous accolades over the years, including the title of Utah's Jazz Vocalist of the Year and victory in Spanish Fork's local "American Idol" competition. During her time as a student at Brigham Young University, she was part of the Women's Chorus, a traveling A cappella group. Fluent in Spanish, Kylie emphasizes the profound impact of creativity on mental and emotional health in her teaching approach. She fosters an environment where students of all levels are encouraged to compose their own music, delve into music theory, and master songs independently. Kylie believes that teaching healthy emotional expression through music is a lifelong skill, one she hopes to instill in her students.
