
Landon has been playing the violin for 15 years and began his musical journey at the age of six. He has completed 12 years of private violin study and spent six years performing in orchestra. During high school at American Fork High, Landon received numerous Superior ratings at the state level in both orchestra and solo & ensemble, along with multiple awards through the Suzuki Program. He also toured extensively with his high school orchestra, where they competed and earned top honors.
Landon’s teaching approach focuses on helping students grow not only as musicians, but as individuals. He emphasizes strong violin fundamentals and musical understanding while also fostering important life skills such as discipline, confidence, patience, and goal-setting through consistent practice and reflection. He strives to create a positive, encouraging environment where students feel supported, motivated, and excited to improve.
In addition to violin, Landon plays guitar, viola, and several other instruments. Music has been a central part of his life, teaching him valuable lessons and helping him build lifelong friendships. He looks forward to sharing his passion, experience, and love of music with his students.
