Mallory (he/him) teaches piano, voice, and guitar, working with beginner to intermediate piano students and advanced voice and guitar students. He is comfortable teaching all genres on piano and guitar, and specializes in popular music, jazz, and some classical styles for voice. Mallory has studied Composition and Jazz Performance at the University of Utah, bringing both creative and technical insight into his lessons.
His teaching philosophy is highly individualized, adapting to each student’s goals, interests, and learning style. While he encourages regular practice and provides clear, focused guidance on what to work on, Mallory also prioritizes balance and respects each student’s time and personal needs.
