For nearly 30 years, Stacie has taught private piano and voice lessons, working with students of all ages and levels. She has also taught group music classes for young children through programs such as Let’s Play Music and Save SomeBuddy for over a decade. In addition, she enjoys directing school and church choirs and fostering a love of music in group settings.

Nonprofit Leadership

Stacie is the Vice President of Save SomeBuddy, a nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting individuals and families of all ages through trauma-informed education, mental health resources, and healing-centered practices.

She co-created the organization’s early childhood curriculum, which uses music, movement, and play to help children develop emotional regulation, connection, and peace. For adults, Save SomeBuddy provides education, tools, and wraparound support services—including guidance through civil court systems—to promote healing and resilience.

“Music in itself is healing. It’s an explosive expression of humanity. It’s something we are all touched by. No matter what culture we’re from, everyone loves music.”
